I'm a live-to-eat kinda person: and in a lot of ways, my cooking practice informs my other disciplines. After spending close to 10 years working in food service, I'm glad to announce my retirement from that industry.
A cook-book was in the works, but I'm currently taking a break from that project. In the meantime, enjoy what I've played with thus far!
